Deposits and Withdrawals
- Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods supported by BetPK, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, GoTyme, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT)
- Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method
- All transactions must be made using accounts registered under your own name; third-party payments are not permitted
- BetPK reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large transactions
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

In such cases, BetPK reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation, in accordance with applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content on BetPK, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game designs, and software, is the property of Nexus Gaming Ventures Corp. or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetPK and Nexus Gaming Ventures Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical issues, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of BetPK shall first be addressed through our Customer Support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution procedures and applicable Philippine law.
Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
